Ever since he encouraged Kathy to take a closer look at the company behind the products she won on the Price is Right, Dan Helou has always believed in the Mary Kay opportunity.  Before Kathy ever saw herself as a success, Dan knew that his wife had what it took to make it to the top!  For over 28 years, Dan and Kathy have each brought their unique gifts and talents to their business of enriching women's lives.  Dan has always worked side by side with Kathy to help others reach their full, God-given potentials through the Mary Kay opportunity.  He is known by all for his quick wit, hilarious jokes, unmatched sense of humor, and most of all his warm, servant's heart.  Those who know Dan well just call it "the magic".  He truly makes everybody feel important! Whether he is livening up events with rockin' music, creating flyers and certificates for achievers on his Macintosh computer, or simply keeping his wallet full of Kathy's business cards, Dan has been the "supportive backbone" of Kathy's unit since 1981 and the Helou National Area since 1994.  Among many others, his organizational and technical skills have been invaluable not only to Kathy, but to the hundreds of Directors in their area who all consider him to be a dear friend and always a kind, listening ear.
